  • We deliver comprehensive solutions for stores of various branches, petrol stations and cafeterias, that include the POS system, back office support, handling of promotions and loyalty programs, and integrated support for EFT. Our solutions are used in both the smallest locations, such as kiosks and convenience stores, as well as in the biggest hypermarkets.
  • We create our POS software based on the following principles: maximum speed of customer service, ease of use while maintaining extensive functionality, reliability of operation and minimal hardware requirements. Designed to operate under Linux or Windows. One system can comprise running traditional cash registers, self-service and mobile points of sale, as well as systems for self-scanning of goods done by customers.
  • Mobile POS application runs on tablets and works with portable receipt/fiscal printers, and mobile PIN Pads. The communication is handled via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, whereas PIN Pads and printers may be connected with Ethernet cables. In order to scan products, a camera or a wireless scanner may be used.
  • Self-checkout machines that operate with our software are fully integrated both with the software running in the store and systems that support EFT transactions and loyalty programs. We deliver cash-enabled devices (cash recycling) and the ones with no cash handling.
  • PSS system enables self scanning of goods done by customers with the use of specialized terminals, collected at the entrance to the store, after scanning a customer card. It shortens customer service, and enables defining algorithms for choosing transactions to verify.

  • We handle both customer loyalty solutions based on loyalty coupon print-outs, that customers use on subsequent purchases, as well as solutions focusing on identified customers, based on customer cards or a mobile application, allowing customer segmentation and generating promotions targeted to specific customers (specific segment).
  • Our solutions facilitate interaction with customers, i.e. by displaying information (videos, photos, text messages) for customers, with the help of price checkers, interactive checkout customer displays, digital signage players, PIN Pads, and mobile applications. Communication concerning the loyalty system may be carried out additionally via SMS, emails and the Internet.
  • Price checkers manufactured by Forcom, are not only used for checking prices of goods, but they can also be implemented as an additional channel of communication with customers, displaying ads (shown between each scanned product) or contextual information associated with the scanned items, as well as information aimed at loyalty customers.
  • Inventory and monitoring of devices installed in stores, inventory of versions and configuration software and its automatic update. Central gathering of electronic copy files from fiscal printers and daily reports, followed by generating periodic reports based on these files.
  • Current information about sales and stock, e.g. in the form of a graph for a given day or any given time period, for each commodity and goods hierarchy level, both for a single store, as well as for any level of store grouping. Results appear within a second, regardless of the number of receipts handled per a second, or the number of users using this data.
  • The application running on portable data terminals provides support for the most important processes available in the mobile mode - i.e. at a place where a given process should be carried out. The implemented features include: generating orders, accepting deliveries, returning goods to DC or the supplier, other expenditures for goods, stocktaking, verification of labels. The app works both online and offline.
  • The ability to use our receipt promotions engine for online shopping (acting out in the same way as it does in the case of conventional stores), allows unified support for this type of promotion in both channels, including loyalty customer service and their segmentation. The use of one Data Hub for all channels, and the inclusion of the click-and-collect service, complements the approach known as omnichannel.
  • The mobile application, runs on customer's Smartphone, and enables: locating stores, browsing leaflets, informing the customer about dedicated promotions, creating shopping lists, self-scanning of goods done by customers along with notifying about selected promotions or promotions connected to scanned products.
     
  • It performs all of the functions related to the management of the stores, users, selection of goods, assortment lists, contracts with suppliers, prices and promotions in store chains. By gathering feedback information from the whole chain, it enables centralized reporting and settlement of direct deliveries.
  • Our solutions enable integration of the POS system with handling of all kinds of electronic transactions, such as credit card payments, mobile payments, sales of top-ups and other electronic products, as well as sales of insurance, and gift card support (sales, payment, top-ups).
  • Our Interactive checkout customer displays, made on the basis of a tablet, not only enable the customer to view comprehensive information about the receipt, but also display ads and allow interaction with customers - i.e. by asking survey questions, or carrying out interactions associated with the receipt. All this is possible without straining the POS computer.
